I just switched to PCLinuxOS 2007 and I'm loving it, except for a slight video card problem that I hope to have resolved soon.
It's so easy to install, easier than Ubuntu I thought and the AMAZING thing, is that it basically picked up ALL of my settings that I thought I'd have to re-do.
Like Firefox for example....I start up the new OS and open Firefox, and it's got all my settings, passwords, cookies, etc., that I had on Ubuntu.
My partitions are setup:
/
/swap
/home
I installed and re-partitioned the / partition, so I guess all my info is stored on /home which is brilliant.
It's like switching between operating systems in Linux is a 20 minute ordeal!
Windows sucks!
