Good Friday morning Dawg fans. It’s a fairly slow time for Husky athletics, save for softball action in the Fayetteville Regional tonight. Nevertheless, the Dots must go on!

- And a new episode of Say Who, Say Pod is out now.
- Lord Byron was present when Mary Shelley formulated the idea of Frankenstein (at a mansion in Geneva, during the terribly rainy summer of 1816), and may also be responsible for the reason why UW’s colors of purple and gold were ultimately chosen over red, white and blue:
Story tells that the debate was settled after an English instructor, Miss Frazier, read aloud an excerpt from Lord Byron’s poem

- As a sidenote, I highly recommend watching Guillermo Del Toro’s adaptation of Frankenstein on Netflix if you haven’t already.
That’s all for today, so thank you for making Dots a part of your morning and as always, Go Dawgs!
