With mere weeks left in the regular season, it seems unlikely that the
Houston Rockets will get point guard Fred VanVleet back from his torn ACL.
Coach Ime Udoka strongly hinted that the guard won’t return this season when speaking before Monday’s game. “On-court shooting, cutting, moving, non-contact. That’s pretty much the extent of the on-court (work). Obviously getting right around the six-month mark and you can start to ramp up things but no contact at any point soon or nothing we’re looking forward to” Udoka said before the Rockets' 132-124 loss in Chicago.
