Tucker played with the Houston Rockets from the 2017-18 season until midway through the 2020-21 campaign, and he quickly became one of the most beloved role players in franchise history.

Tucker has local roots, having played in college at the University of Texas (in Austin), and he still owns a shoe and apparel business in Houston (The Better Generation).
