Former Georgia Bulldogs linebacker Nolan Smith recently revealed his new tattoo on social media, commemorating the Bulldogs with their 2021 and 2022 national championship victories.

Smith was nothing short of a superstar throughout his four-year tenure in Athens. The talented linebacker’s latest ink features a detailed arm sleeve with Georgia’s recognizable “G” logo next to the years 2021 and 2022, while also having championship elements paying homage to the Bulldogs legendary back-to-back title run. Smith thrived during the 2021 and 2022 campaign and was a focal point on the Georgia defense from 2019-22 before suffering a season-ending injury halfway through his senior year.

Smith’s new tattoo is a clear testament to his love for Georgia football. The star linebacker was selected as the 30th overall pick of the 2023 NFL draft, as Smith has played a significant role on the Philadelphia Eagles’ defense throughout his first few seasons as a pro. With the Eagles, Smith has won a Super Bowl while playing alongside several of his former Georgia teammates.

The Bulldogs are rumored to add a multitude of linebackers from the 2027 class including 4-star LB Noah Glover, as Georgia could turn to the playmaker in hopes of replicating Smith’s success at the position from 2019-2022.

Smith’s tattoo serves as a reminder of the Bulldogs back-to-back National Championship run in 2021-2022, as the star linebacker has officially inked his name in Georgia Football history forever.
