The Florida State Seminoles are looking to bounce back after back-to-back sub-.500 seasons, and they are hoping that the skill positions will shine with quarterback Ashton Daniels at the helm.

It's no secret that FSU has one of the better, perhaps one of the best, wide receiver cores in the country, with Duce Robinson being considered a top player nationally. Lindy's Sports recently ranked the 10 best receiving cores in the country. Of course, Jeremiah Smith and the Ohio State Buckeyes are at No. 1, but FSU found itself on that list at No. 7.

They're in the same zip code as the Miami Hurricanes and Florida Gators, who are at No. 4 and No. 6, respectively. The magazine explained FSU's ranking, highlighting the 1-2 punch in Robinson and Micahi Danzy.

Duce Robinson is the go-to target at 6-6, 225 pounds following his 1,000-yard season for the Seminoles. Also, Micahi Danzy is a dangerous threat downfield, and Jayvan Boggs showed flashes as a freshman prior to his injury. With Mike Norvell now calling plays, FSU could lean heavily on this crew.

Florida State opens its 2026 season hosting the New Mexico State Aggies in Tallahassee on Aug. 29 at 7 p.m. ET. Fans can catch the game on the CW Network.
