Fireworks, giveaways, more Delmarva Shorebirds promotions for summer

The minor league baseball season is in full swing in Salisbury, as the Delmarva Shorebirds close out the month of June and enter the month of July. And as the season rolls along, there will be more events for local fans to look forward to during each home game at Perdue Stadium.

Before the season began, the Shorebirds announced their promotional schedule for the 2026 season, outlining the various events and theme nights that would be held at home games this season. And with the season continuing and holidays like the Fourth of July approaching, here is a look at some upcoming Shorebirds home games to look forward to:

• July 3 & 4 vs. Charleston RiverDogs: Patriotic Fireworks Extravaganza celebrating the Fourth of July holiday
• Every Wednesday: Silver Slugger Wednesday, where members of the Shorebirds' Silver Sluggers Club are allowed a front row view to the action, as well as a limited edition Shorebirds hat.
• Every Saturday after a home game: Postgame Fireworks
• Every Sunday: Military Discount, where all active or retired members of the military receive a $5 discount off their tickets with valid ID or by the special ticket offer button.
• July 10: Peppa Pig Meet & Greet
• July 31: Jackson Holliday Card Bobblehead Giveaway: The first 1,000 fans through the gates, 1 item per person, receive a Shorebirds Jackson Holliday Card Bobblehead
• Aug. 13: Colton Cowser Replica Jersey Giveaway
• Aug. 28: Manny Machado Bobblehead Giveaway
