Second..... What makes you think that any coach with a top-tier pedigree would ever want to coach here? Even at a top-5 salary I think they use us as the leverage to get the job that they really wanted. Bidwill is THAT bad and the organization he has built is not worth the hit to any top-tier level coaches legacy.
