The SEC baseball regular season has concluded with the Georgia Bulldogs taking home the regular season title. Georgia won all five of their SEC road series this season and lost just one series in conference play. No other SEC team has ever won all five road series.
The Dawgs are one of four SEC teams with double byes in the SEC Tournament. Georgia, Texas, Texas A&M and Alabama all secured the top four seeds and will not play until the quarterfinals.
Seeds five through eight have a single bye in the SEC Tournament. Florida, Auburn, Arkansas and Mississippi State all earned single byes in the SEC Tournament, which begins on Tuesday.
In the final weekend of conference action, Florida swept LSU, Vanderbilt swept South Carolina and Texas swept Missouri. The SEC's bottom three teams all got swept.
Georgia earned a massive road series win over Auburn. Arkansas used a 16-12 win to clinch their series over Kentucky. Texas A&M beat Mississippi State two games to one. Tennessee won a road series at Oklahoma, but dropped the final game. Alabama won two games to one over Ole Miss to earn a top-four seed.
The SEC Baseball Tournament will be played in Hoover, Alabama, from May 19-24. All of the standings below reflect how the seeding is in the SEC Tournament.
