Sophie Cunningham and the Indiana Fever aren't shy about sharing their feelings toward WNBA referees.
The refs are often painted as an enemy of the Fever, including of superstar Caitlin Clark. Cunningham hasn't minded chiming in on that over time.
Cunningham tries to be careful, because she isn't really trying to get fined.
That leaves her doing subtle things, like interacting with a post from the official Lasik account on X.
The eye surgery account noted that they're offering free LASIK procedures to WNBA refs.
Cunningham laughed and affirmed it:

The whole interaction had to do with a Caitlin Clark technical foul that clearly some folks didn't agree with:

Cunningham certainly isn't going to get fined for writing "hahaha yes" on social media, but she has continued the Fever's pattern of not being happy about officiating.
Sometimes they have a case, and sometimes it's a bit dramatic.
Cunningham certainly isn't going to stop speaking her mind, though. That's something she does well.
