Felix Rosenqvist will have a new home in 2027. Rosenqvist will not return to the No. 60 car for Meyer Shank Racing during the 2027 NTT IndyCar Series season. This comes after the driver of the No. 60 car won the 2026 Indianapolis 500 with a last-second pass of Team Penske competitor David Malukas.
It is unclear where Rosenqvist will race in 2027, but Arrow McLaren and Chip Ganassi Racing could be excellent options. If Rosenqvist feels like leaving Meyer Shank Racing is best for his IndyCar career, it must mean he has an offer from a big-time organization on the table.
Rosenqvist is a highly coveted driver in IndyCar silly season, and it's not hard to understand why that is the case. The 2026 Indianapolis 500 winner has the talent to compete for more Indy 500 and championships. McLaren or Chip Ganassi would love to finalize a contract, but it's up to Rosenqvist.
