SummerSlam is now just a few days away, but one of the marquee matches has already been spoiled in the eyes of some fans.
The event kicks off on Saturday, August 1, with CM Punk facing Cody Rhodes in the main event of Night 1.
Night 2 will take place on Sunday and sees Roman Reigns clashing with Seth Rollins in the show closer.
But fans are now of the opinion that Roman is going to win after his schedule post-SummerSlam was confirmed by WWE on social media this week.

Fans think Roman Reigns will beat Seth Rollins at SummerSlam
Roman is scheduled to appear on the Raw after SummerSlam, followed by another five TV appearances on Monday Night Raw and SmackDown.
He is then confirmed to be featuring at Money In The Bank, which takes place on October 10, 2026.
After seeing his upcoming schedule, fans now think this clearly means the match result for SummerSlam has been spoiled, being of the opinion that Reigns is going to retain his title up until Money In The Bank.
One fan wrote: “They have already told us what will happen at SummerSlam. Roman will beat Seth. Thank you, WWE for telling us!”
A second replied: “So desperate to sell tickets that they have indirectly spoiled match result from SummerSlam. He is definitely winning this weekend it means. Pathetic behavior.”
Another echoed: “I mean, why show this? It just proves he’s not losing to Seth.”
“Roman will be at Money in the Bank. I’m Shocked!” exclaimed a fourth.
A fifth WWE fan added: “This literally spoils the main event of SummerSlam. This means he’s retaining the title… and then they act confused as to why fans aren’t excited to buy their super expensive tickets for the shows!”
Another echoed: “This can be posted after SUMMERSLAM now you spoiled the result.”
While it doesn’t directly confirm Roman is winning this Sunday, the timing of the announcement is odd.
WWE could easily have waited until Sunday night or Monday morning to share his schedule without it leading to fans speculating he’s now basically guaranteed to win at SummerSlam.
