The Atlanta Falcons completed their interview with former Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski, the team announced on Sunday afternoon. The two-time NFL Coach of the Year is the fourth official candidate to interview for Atlanta's head coaching vacancy since the team named Matt Ryan president of football on Saturday.

Over his six years in Cleveland, Stefanski led the Browns to a 45-56 overall record but was fired following the 2025 NFL season. A bright offensive mind, Stefanski worked his way up from the Vikings assistant QB coach in 2009 to offensive coordinator in 2019. He was hired by the Browns in 2020, going 11-5 and winning a playoff game in his first season.

Stefanski would have plenty of weapons to work with if he gets the job with the Falcons. Drake London and Bijan Robinson are two of the NFL's brightest young stars. Plus, Stefanski could help develop quarterback Michael Penix Jr. and potentially see what he looks like in something other than the pistol formation.
