Ex-WVU football GM Fabianich hired as Executive Director of Senior Bowl

Former West Virginia General Manager and Director of Scouting Drew Fabianich has a new role as the Executive Director of the Senior Bowl.

Fabianich served in his role at West Virginia from July 2023 until the coaching change where he was responsible for roster management and serves in a management function in the areas of recruiting, player personnel, portal oversight, NIL consulting and player retention. He also developed a scouting report for each opponent to help aid the coaching staff in preparation.

Prior to his time in Morgantown, Fabianich was the general manager and director of scouting and development at Auburn. He also spent 18 years as part of the scouting department with the Dallas Cowboys, including his last 14 as a national scout.

Fabianich replaces Jim Nagy who was hired as the Oklahoma General Manager.
