Erling Haaland shatters another record with latest goal
Manchester City star man Erling Haaland continues to write his name into the Premier League history books with ease after finding the opener against Brighton.
The Norwegian hitman was on target from the penalty spot to put the league holders out in front in the 12th minute against Fabian Hürzeler's Seagulls in front of home support at the Etihad, scoring the 84th goal of his stint in the top flight of English football.
With that, Haaland has now officially reached 100 goal involvements when taking into account his 16 assists since arriving from Borussia Dortmund, becoming the fastest to ever hit that milestone ahead of a star-studded list featuring Alan Shearer, Eric Cantona, and Man City icon Sergio Agüero.
Maybe we're all just living in a video game simulation?
