England squad fitness latest
England trained on Wednesday at their Kansas City base, with 22 members of the 26-man squad involved at Swope Soccer Village. There were, however, a few notable absentees from the main session.
Jordan Henderson has returned to the team hotel after surgery on the arm injury he suffered in the aftermath of the 3-2 win over Mexico. He is not expected to play any further part in the tournament, but remains with the squad.
Reece James, Guehi and Rice also sat out full training, following individual programmes instead. James is still working his way back from the hamstring issue that has already ruled him out of matches against Panama, DR Congo and Mexico.

Tuchel facing key selection calls
Tuchel has some important decisions to make, particularly in the wide areas, after England’s encouraging display against Mexico. Anthony Gordon did his chances no harm on the left, while Bukayo Saka also impressed and looks well placed to keep his spot.
The likely shape remains a 4-2-3-1, with Harry Kane leading the line and Bellingham operating behind him. Much may depend on the fitness of James and Guehi, especially with Jarell Quansah suspended.
