England midfielder Declan Rice and defenders Reece James and Marc Guehi trained on Friday, July 10, ahead of the team's World Cup quarterfinal match against Norway on Saturday, July 11.

“We had everyone available and training, which we of course like,” head coach Thomas Tuchel said. “We have the full choice except for our suspended player, Jarell Quansah. That’s the good news.”

Rice had been ill for several days leading up to the match. The England midfielder was isolated from the team by FIFA in an attempt to prevent an outbreak.

James hasn't played since England's June 23 match against Ghana. He has been dealing with hamstring issues since then. Guehi has also dealt with hamstring issues since the Three Lions played Mexico on July 5, working through tightness.

Though the update on Rice, James and Guehi sounds promising, England is still dealing with an injury to midfielder Jordan Henderson.

Henderson underwent surgery after taking a hard fall during England's victory celebrations on July 5 and will miss the remainder of the World Cup. He was jumping over an advertising board on the sideline as players sang "Wonderwall" with the traveling England fans at the Estadio Azteca and fell on the ground as he tried to brace himself.

He was later stretchered off the field and received oxygen following the incident.
