Since New York Giants QB Jaxson Dart attended a Donald Trump rally on Friday, fans and the media have said a lot.
Even Dart’s teammate, Abdul Carter, expressed his disappointment about Dart and even thought what he saw was fake.
Later, according to Carter, the pair talked and had squashed their beef.
But not everyone is done dragging Dart. Sports analyst Emmanuel Acho added his two cents to the matter, and he was not happy with Dart.
“It’s time to have an uncomfortable conversation about what the hell is going on in New York, Acho stated. “Jaxson Dart, the quarterback, supporting President Donald Trump?!?
“He’s allowed to do that, he’s a citizen. If Jaxson Dart is allowed to support Donald Trump, then his teammate is allowed to have his grievances wth him doing that,” he said.
“Here is my issue,” Acho continued. “Jaxson Dart, you know how several of your brothers, your teammates, your friends, your ride or dies, how they might feel about this individual. I don’t think there is a lot of wisdom or disarmament in very publicly supporting an individual who many of your teammates felt offended by.”
“So Jaxson Dart, yes, you can do whatever the hell you want, but I don’t think it’s a wise decision without consulting some of your teammates,” Acho concluded.
Acho added he didn’t think it was also wise for Carter to drag this matter into the public eye either.
