Uggg, why don't we at least bring in some players that would help this defense get better. At least give the appearance that you are trying to upgrade.

Buc's had a lot of caproom, hopefully they overpayed.

I was looking at his stats. Pretty good numbers. Tampa had lots of cap room and Douglas seems like a good risk for them.
