Done deal: Roma send Angelino to Deportivo for €2.5m
Multiple outlets are reporting that Roma have agreed a deal to send left-back Angelino to LaLiga side RC Deportivo on an initial loan deal that is likely to be made into a permanent transfer.

According to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio and various others, Angelino will join Deportivo on an initial season-long loan deal with an option to buy for €2.5m, which will become an obligation to buy under certain sporting conditions.
A deal between the two clubs has already been agreed and the player is set to have his medical with the Spanish side on Tuesday (August 4).

Angelino will have his medical in Italy, likely in Florence, where the Deportivo squad are currently based ahead of a pre-season friendly against Fiorentina scheduled for Thursday evening.
The 29-year-old has spent the past two-and-a-half seasons in the Italian capital with Roma, having joined on an initial loan deal from RB Leipzig during the winter of the 2023-24 season. His stay was made permanent at a cost of €5m in the summer of 2024.
He has since gone on to make 80 appearances across all competitions for the Giallorossi, including 68 in Serie A.
