Holy crap that tells a story.
Shows that it isn't as simple as Kliff calling bad plays or Kyler looks lost.

Seems like the entire team outside of a couple of players are struggling.

Yeah but some of that still comes full cycle. When your left tackle is giving up 6 pressures per game maybe the head coach/offensive coordinator should chip or double team or not go empty backfield, no? Obviously the stink is on DJ too (I mean we have an entire thread dedicated to his bad day at the office, so obviously the board isn’t saying it’s all kliff or or all kyler)

I was 100% right in wanting to trade for Trent Williams (got flamed relentlessly) and 100% wrong on Wirfs (should get flamed relentlessly). :)

I don’t think Pugh and Hump both stay even after June 1st honestly…

It looks like we barely have any dead money going into 2022 Free agency. We save $14mm if we cut Hump June 1st and $10mm against the cap if we cut Pugh by June 1st.

We could easily utilize $24mm to upgrade at tackle and draft a guard. That’s a TON of cap and only $4mm and $2mm in dead money respectively.

Congrats DJ! Happy for him.

But if that doesn’t show how flawed the pro bowl is as an indicator of performance, I don’t know what does. How many LTs are out ahead of his selection?
