You’re over-complicating this. I’m not the GM. I don’t care who it is. Kliff is not a good head coach. Said it last season, saying it again. He needs to be replaced. If you’re satisfied with how the past three seasons have ended, you can kee him. But, it’s a fool’s errand to believe that he’s going to all of a sudden figure out how to close the deal and develop a talented QB. It’s best for the Cards and Kliff that he goes. Cards can upgrade and Kliff can be an OC where he can design plays and not worry about being something he isn’t.
