Everyone on social media has one opinion or another on the Jaxson Dart/Abdul Carter situation, including former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant.

Bryant seemingly supports Dart, to the dismay of many fans.

“I really don’t understand the hate Jaxon Dart got for introducing President Trump. Good or bad..if you support Trump or not..you're in a lose lose situation. Politics and religion are difficult for sports. Folks have the right to believe in whatever the fudge they want.

I don't.”

Hurts seeing black men have this mindset. Mentally enslaved by the same exact system that enslaved your ancestors with chains. Just because they throw money at you now doesn’t mean they truly care about what’s best for you. Educate yourself, King. For all of us. We love you.

Some fans reminded Bryant that he was upset with Cowboys owner Jerry Jones when some players decided to protest by taking a knee.

“Dez, really you were on the Cowboys and you didn’t like how Jerry Jones handled the kneeling with the flag thing now all of a sudden you in a political come on now we know politics is everything ingrained in this country and we can’t let crap slide.”

Despite the criticism by some fans, Bryant stuck to his guns with his original comments, adding that he also believes that Carter had a right to believe in what he said, too.
