Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott apparently had a busy offseason, but not in the way you'd expect a player to typically enjoy their "downtime." Instead, from the look of it, Prescott was busy in the gym—very busy. As Prescott prepares to build off an impressive 2025 season in which he threw for 4,552 yards and 30 touchdowns, his arrival at team facilities drew plenty of attention.
The 32-year-old signal-caller made waves across social media after a photo of him during Cowboys practice began circulating. The photo showed something noticeably different about Prescott, and many were quick to point out the significant muscle he appears to have added during the offseason.
Prescott's physique certainly looks different compared to previous years, and some fans didn't believe the new look was real. After further digging, the transformation shows a player who not only appears to have added muscle but may also have cut some weight in the process.
As you can imagine, there were plenty of varying opinions in the comments regarding Prescott's newly added muscle, with some praising him, including a statement that he "looks better than some linebackers." Another viewer, in disbelief, admitted they thought the "ripped Dak pics were AI."
Obviously, there were also plenty of critics quick to chime in with jokes about how the added muscle will allow him to throw "longer interceptions," among other replies.
Regardless, if these photos are any indication, the Cowboys quarterback looks like he showed up to practice already prepared for the upcoming NFL season.
