The Caleb Downs hype is real and justified, but Malachi Lawrence was a first-round draft pick, too. Perhaps befitting his surprising under-the-radar status, the UCF product says there's a lot of untapped potential in his game, and he's already been working on new techniques and mechanical tweaks to start bringing it out. Meanwhile, even a cursory breakdown of some of his college film shows a high-motor guy with a nose for the ball and a knack for stopping the run. Still, ESPN says edge rusher remains an area of concern for Dallas until Lawrence & Co. prove otherwise.
