Cowboys, Eagles, Bills get Raiders asking price for Maxx Crosby in latest trade rumor originally appeared on The Sporting News. Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here.

The door is reportedly open for the Las Vegas Raiders to trade star edge rusher Maxx Crosby, but it's going to be costly.

According to Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio, the Raiders are indeed considering trading Crosby, but the team is looking for two first-round picks and a player in exchange.

"Will the Raiders trade defensive end Maxx Crosby? Yes, if they get what they want for him," Florio wrote. "Per a league source, the Raiders are looking for two first-round picks and a player for the 28-year-old edge rusher."

If that asking price sounds familiar, that's because it is. Two first-rounders and a player was exactly what the Dallas Cowboys got for Micah Parsons.

While that might seem too steep given the fact that Parsons is younger and widely considered one of the best players in the NFL, if as many teams get involved as expected, it's conceivable the Raiders could get that much for Crosby.

Speaking of the Cowboys, they will likely have interest in acquiring Crosby, and we would also throw the Buffalo Bills and Philadelphia Eagles into the mix as possible suitors.

Dallas hasn't replaced Parsons' sack production since trading him and the defense badly needs at least a top-tier edge rusher if the unit is going to improve in 2026. Rumor suggests the Cowboys inquired about Crosby at least year's deadline.

The Eagles aren't guaranteed to bring back Jaelan Phillips, who is a pending free agent, and Philly is going to need more firepower even if he does return.

In Buffalo, the Bills are likely to let Joey Bosa walk in free agency, leaving a hole opposite Greg Rousseau, and A.J. Epenesa is also a pending free agent.

The Cowboys, Eagles and Bills all have the draft capital to pull off this trade, and Dallas actually has three first-round picks in the next two drafts.

But Dallas is also over the cap by a whopping $55 million, so there's a lot of work to be done in order to fit Crosby's contract in.

Buffalo is not in a great spot financially, either, but it's more feasible to clear up the cap space needed with the Bills sitting at $3.8 million over the cap.

Philly sits in the best spot financially of the three teams with $18.1 million in cap space, so the Eagles don't have the roadblock the Bills and Cowboys do.
