ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Wild (42-29-7) have been without Kirill Kaprizov for the last 28 games and have been without him for 41 games this season. They have gone 13-12-3 in its last 28 games without Kaprizov.

Joel Eriksson Ek has missed the last 21 games and has been out with an injury on five different occasions this season and has missed 36 games this year. The Wild are 8-10-3 in their last 21 games.

Eriksson Ek, 28, has played in 42 games this year for the Wild. They are 27-12-3 with him in the lineup and are 15-17-4 without him in the lineup. He has nine goals and 24 points in 42 games this year.

'It's The Next Progression For Them': Kirill Kaprizov, Joel Eriksson Ek Partake In Full Contact DrillsST. PAUL - The Minnesota Wild held a practice on Tuesday ahead of its game against the San Jose Sharks on Wednesday.
Both Kaprizov and Eriksson Ek took full contact in the Wild's practice on Tuesday but Wild head coach John Hynes did not confirm whether or not that meant they would be ready to play.

The Wild have a morning skate today and Hynes will address the media at 10:30 am CT.
