CHARLOTTE, NC - MARCH 3: Kon Knueppel #7 of the Charlotte Hornets and Cooper Flagg #32 of the Dallas Mavericks talks after the game on March 3, 2026 at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. More good news for former Duke stars Cooper Flagg and Kon Knueppel, as both were unanimously named to the All-Rookie Team.
As far as we can find, the only time former college teammates were unanimously named to the All-Rookie team was in 2004-05 when former UConn Huskies Emeka Okafor and Ben Gordon pulled it off.
The odds of two Blue Devils making up 40% of the All-Rookie next year are slim. Cameron Boozer is a good bet, but at least in the short term, Isaiah Evans looks like he’s going to be coming off the bench for whoever drafts him.
