SPRINGFIELD, Mo–On the men’s side, it was a battle of unbeatens with Chris Foster’s 4-0 Panthers facing 3-0 Concordia out of Minnesota.

And the Golden Bears jumped out to a quick start, the three off the mark, but Sam West crashes the boards and gets the putback, 8-1 Concordia.

Drury would settle down, Keion Epps slashes to the hole, off the mark, but Avante Nichols tips in the rebound, it’s a two point deficit.

Then the skip pass to Zach Howell in the corner, he knocks down the three, it’s 11-10 Panthers.

Later it’s Howell again, on the wing, the Springfield Catholic product gives Drury a two point lead.

Later in the first half, true freshman KeShaun Thomas spins into the lane, and we’re tied at 16.

He led all scorers with 27 points, but Concordia wins the game 94-83.
