Colts vs. 49ers: Who's in, who's out for Week 16 game?

The Indianapolis Colts are listing seven players inactive for their Week 16 Monday Night Football matchup against the San Francisco 49ers.

On game days, teams were permitted to have 48 players active.

So with two practice squad elevations, plus the 53 players already on the active roster, seven players had to be made inactive.

• LB Jaylon Carlies
• CB Sauce Gardner
• RB DJ Giddens
• WR Anthony Gould
• S Reuben Lowery
• TE Will Mallory
• OT Bernhard Raimann

DeForest Buckner has been activated from injured reserve and will be available for the first time since Week 8.

Sauce Gardner and Anthony Gould were both ruled out on Saturday due to injuries. The Colts then ruled out Bernhard Raimann on Sunday with an elbow injury.

Jaylon Carlies was inactive last week as well. He returned from injured reserve in Week 14, but played only two snaps.

DJ Giddens, Reuben Lowery, and Will Mallory have all been inactive each week since the Colts' bye.
