Did you 'Hear The Call' for this weekend's fan fest to celebrate the new WNBA team?
The Cleveland Sirens Fan Fest is at Edgewater Beach from noon to 5 p.m. Aug. 8.
Rock Entertainment Group, which owns the team, announced the free event for fans after revealing the name Aug. 4 at Rocket Arena.
Fans will be able to enjoy the beach along with festivities, food trucks and new Sirens merchandise.
The team's primary color is blue.
The team's phrase 'Hear The Call' refers to how the mythological creature calls in people.
But for Cleveland, it's a call for the growing development in women sports in Northeast Ohio.
