Outside of the transfer portal, the biggest enemy of the Auburn Tigers this offseason may be the MLB draft.

Major League Baseball announced the attendees for this year's MLB draft combine on Monday, and seven players involved with Auburn baseball, including three stars, are on the list.

Auburn infielders Eric Guevara and Chris Rembert, as well as starting pitcher Alex Petrovic, were among those invited to attend this year's combine that will be held in Phoenix, Arizona, later this month at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks. The trio will be joined by Coleman Borthwick, Jace Mataczynski, AJ Rice, and Ty Tillery, who are committed to play college baseball for the Auburn Tigers.

As part of the MLB draft combine, players will show off their skills in front of MLB scouts and operations personnel and undergo medical and performance tests. Interviews with selected participants will also stream on MLB.tv during the event.

Auburn second baseman Chris Rembert is the highest-ranked representative that Auburn is sending to the combine, checking in at No. 41 in MLB's top 2026 prospect rankings, while signee Coleman Borthwick leads all Auburn recruits at No. 35. RHP signee AJ Rice checks in at No. 121.

Watch Guevara, Rembert, and the rest of Auburn's representatives at the MLB draft combine June 23-25 on MLB Network.
