Chip Ganassi Racing could be in a situation where Scott Dixon leaves the No. 9 team. If Dixon decides that he wants to pursue other opportunities after 23 years, Chip Ganassi Racing would have to replace the NTT IndyCar Series legend. So, who would replace the six-time IndyCar champion?
Christian Lundgaard would be the favorite to replace Dixon if he is pushed out of Arrow McLaren, as reported by FOX Sports' Bob Pockrass. There is a scenario where Lundgaard is pushed out of McLaren for Dixon and Felix Rosenqvist. It would be a shocking development, as he has the ability to win an IndyCar title.
