The Kansas City Chiefs' new-look secondary will be counted on to anchor veteran coordinator Steve Spagnuolo's defense in 2026.

Perhaps the most important addition to Kansas City's revamped defensive backfield is rookie cornerback Mansoor Delane, who was selected by the Chiefs with the No. 6 selection in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft.

Delane, a former LSU Tigers standout, is expected to be one of Kansas City's most valuable defenders next season and is already hard at work honing his craft ahead of his highly anticipated debut later this year.

Take a look at Delane's remarkable offseason training in this video, which was posted to Twitter by Brad Henson Productions:

If Delane's footwork in this clip is any indication, Kansas City's coaching staff should be supremely confident in its first-round pick's ability to dominate NFL receivers during his rookie season — especially if he continues to improve during the Chiefs' OTAs and training camp.
