Thursday's Chicago White Sox home opener against the Toronto Blue Jays has been postponed due to weather, the team said Wednesday.
The 2026 White Sox home opener will be moved to 1:10 p.m. Friday.
All tickets for Thursday's postponed game, including prepaid parking passes, Stadium Club passes, Ballpark Pass tickets and patio tickets, are good for admission to Friday's rescheduled game at Rate Field.
Temperatures are expected to warm back up Thursday -- around 70.
Rain is expected early Thursday and storms later.
Storms swept through the Chicago area on Tuesday, bringing high winds and hail and impacting air travel.
