The Chicago Bears are signing former Cleveland Browns linebacker Devin Bush, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
It's a three-year, $30 million contract with $21 million guaranteed for Bush to shore up a position of need at linebacker.
The Bears released Tremaine Edmunds last week to free up $15 million in salary cap space. Before the negotiation period kicked off, Chicago re-signed D'Marco Jackson to a two-year deal to bring back a key defensive contributor who stepped up amid injuries last season.
More to come.
