Charley Hull was originally scheduled to fly out to Singapore on Saturday night, but was instead in the hospital back home in England. Hull wouldn't divulge any specifics after her round when interviewed by Golf Channel's Tom Abbott, only to say that she's "feeling a lot better now." She arrived in Singapore on Tuesday.
Hull opened with an even-par 72 at Sentosa Golf Club but followed with a sparkling 67 on Friday to take a share of 11th. She trails leader Auston Kim by four strokes heading into the weekend.
"I probably shouldn't have come here to be honest," Hull told Abbott, "but I really wanted to play because I would have had four or five weeks off after I'd won, if I didn't play this week, so I kind of wanted to just come out and play anyway."

The Englishwoman won the PIF Saudi Ladies International earlier this month and promptly moved to No. 3 in the world, her highest ranking to date. She is not listed in the field for China's Blue Bay LPGA or California's Fortinet Founders Cup, but she has entered the Ford Championship in Arizona, which begins March 26.
Last year in Singapore, Hull made headlines when she vomited before the third round, ran a personal-best 5K in 26 minutes, and still shot a flawless 68 to trail Lydia Ko by a shot. She ultimately tied for fourth last year in Singapore. Hull's running obsession took a hit last year, however, when she tripped on a curb in the parking lot at the Centurion Club and wound up in a moon boot.
Hull hasn't finished outside the top 20 in her last eight starts worldwide, dating back to August. She has five top-5 finishes in that stretch, including two wins.
