Century mark for points and more: Vote for the C&I Boys Lacrosse Player of the Week

Welcome to our latest Cape Cod and Islands High School Player of the Week Poll.

High school sports fans can vote for which boys lacrosse players they think were standouts during the previous week.

The poll will be open from Thursday through Friday. The winner will be announced on Wednesday along with the new poll. Votes are unlimited.

Rules of the Road​

Votes must be cast via the Cape Cod Times website/mobile sites. Votes submitted via email and social media will NOT be accepted. To vote for this week's Player of the Week, scroll down on this page.

Parker Philbrick, St. John Paul II​

Philbrick won his second poll of the season with 76% of the votes. He had two goals and five assists as the Lions defeated Sturgis 17-3.

This week's candidates​

Brady Banks, Bourne​

Banks had three goals and two assists in a 19-7 victory over Greater New Bedford.

Jack Balfour, Mashpee​

Belfour scored five goals in a 17-8 win over Hull.

Ryan Haden, Bourne​

Haden had three goals and four assists as the Canalmen beat GNBVT.

Charlie Hosteter, Falmouth​

Hosteter had three goals and three assists as the Clippers beat Bridgewater-Raynham 11-2.

Khalil had three goals and two assists in a loss to JPII.

Matteodo had a hat trick to go with six assists for the Falcons as they beat Hull.

Kelin MacAleese, St. John Paul II​

MacAleese dished out five assists in 18-4 win over Cape Cod Academy.

Michaud finished with one goal and four assists as the Sharks beat Dennis-Yarmouth 12-8.

Peno led the Warriors' offense with three goals and three assists in a 13-2 victory over Martha's Vineyard.

Powderly stopped 13-of-15 shots in net as the Clippers defeated Bridgewater-Raynham.

Taylor Richardson, St. John Paul II​

Richardson had four goals and four assists as the Lions defeated Cape Cod Academy. He then had four goals, and five assists in a 13-12 win over Monomoy.

Rocco tallied two goals and a trio of assists in a loss to JPII.

Rodgers had five goals and one assist in a 16-5 win over East Bridgewater for the Blue Knights.

Seitz had six goals and three assists to achieve the 100th-point mark in his career in a win over GNBVT.

Smith went 23-for-23 on faceoffs and had three goals in a 17-2 win over Barnstable.

Aidan Stone, Monomoy​

Stone scored twice and added four assists in victory over Dennis-Yarmouth.
