The Celtics released an injury report on Friday afternoon ahead of Saturday's Game 7 against the 76ers, noting no injuries. However, a significant development emerged on Saturday.
Boston issued a fresh injury report less than eight hours before game time, and it now includes Jayson Tatum, who is experiencing left knee stiffness and is questionable for the game.

Tatum left the second half of Thursday night's game with a knee injury, but it didn't seem likely to affect him for Game 7, especially after head coach Joe Mazzulla confirmed on Friday that Tatum would be ready to play.
There is growing concern about Tatum appearing on the injury report, as some injuries can develop over a few days. He may finally start to feel the effects of the injury he sustained in Game 6, which could affect his performance in Game 7 if he plays.
If Tatum decides to give it a shot, he might not be at full strength, which means the other players around him will need to step up, particularly guard Derrick White, who has struggled for most of this series.
