I agree with this 100%:
Dansby money: Wow

Karlos Dansby is a good linebacker. He is not a great one.
But he got great-player money from the Miami Dolphins Friday night. The Dolphins gave him a five-year, $43-million contract with $22 million in guaranteed money, according to a league source.
That is crazy dough.
Dansby had 25 1/2 sacks and was only over 100 tackles twice in his six seasons with the Arizona Cardinals. He did have 10 interceptions, two for touchdowns, but the Cardinals viewed him as just a good player, not a sensational one.
He will play inside in Miami's 3-4 defense, taking over for Akin Ayodele, who the team let go Friday. That's a pretty penny to pay for a 3-4 inside linebacker. I could see if he was on the outside, but in Miami it appears he will play on the inside. The $22 million in guaranteed money might sound like a lot, but the word is that Dansby's representation was asking for $30 million in guaranteed money
