Alfie Johnson has scored 12 tries in 18 appearances for Halifax Panthers [swpix.com]
Castleford Tigers have signed Halifax winger Alfie Johnson on a two-year deal for the 2027 season.
The 25-year-old, who can also play centre, represented England at Sevens before switching to rugby league in 2024.
He joined Warrington for the 2025 season and scored a try on his sole Super League appearance for the Wire in a defeat by Wakefield in March 2025.
"He's only just at the beginning of his rugby league journey and we know there is a lot of growth and untapped potential in him," head coach Ryan Carr told the club website.
