Welcome to our latest Cape Cod and Islands High School Player of the Week Poll.

High school sports fans can vote for which boys lacrosse players they think were standouts during the previous week.

The poll will be open from Thursday through Wednesday. The winner will be announced on Thursday along with the new poll. Votes are unlimited.

Rules of the Road​


Votes must be cast via the Cape Cod Times website/mobile sites. Votes submitted via email and social media will NOT be accepted. To vote for this week's Player of the Week, scroll down on this page.

Last week's winner​

Will Hughes, Sandwich​


Hughes won his first poll with 28% of the votes. He recorded four goals and one assist in a 13-5 win over Martha's Vineyard.

This week's candidates​

Brady Banks, Bourne/Mashpee​


Banks tallied six assists and two goals as the Canalmen beat Somerset Berkley 15-0.

Colin Endres, Dennis-Yarmouth​


Endres led the Dolphins with eight goals as they beat New Bedford 18-13.

Henry Fisher, Cape Cod Academy​


Fisher recorded five goals for Cape Cod Academy in a loss to Monomoy.

Izaiah Freeman, Monomoy​


Freeman dished out two assists and had a hat trick in a 9-8 victory over Cape Cod Academy.

Ty Hawkes, Bourne/Mashpee​


Hawkes had one goal and four assists in a victory over Somerset Berkley.

Parker Philbrick, St. John Paul II​


Philbrick recorded three goals and two assists in a 16-2 victory over Dartmouth.

Taylor Richardson, St. John Paul II​


Richardson had five goals and one assist as the Lions defeated Dartmouth 16-2.

Charlie Seitz, Bourne/Mashpee​


Seitz paced the offense with six goals and two assists in a win over Somerset Berkley.

Brian Skelly, St. John Paul II​


Skelly stopped 12-of-14 shots in a win over Dartmouth.

Travis Smith, Falmouth​


Smith scored won 17 faceoffs and added two goals and one assist in a overtime loss to Norwell.
