Welcome to our latest Cape Cod and Islands High School Player of the Week Poll.
High school sports fans can vote for which softball players they think were standouts during the previous week.
The poll will be open from Wednesday through Tuesday. The winner will be announced after the state tournament ends. Votes are unlimited.
Votes must be cast via the Cape Cod Times website/mobile sites. Votes submitted via email and social media will NOT be accepted. To vote for this week's Player of the Week, scroll down on this page.
Ormon won he first poll of the season with 16% of the votes. She drew three of her team's 18 walks and collected three hits in a 23-7 victory over Martha's Vineyard. She also hit a home run in a win over Mashpee.
Bassett went 3-for-4 with three RBIs as the Sharks defeated Bourne 15-4.
Bennett struck out nine in the win and was 3-for-4 with one scored run as they beat Nantucket 5-3.

Connolly hit an inside the park home run, scoring three runs in the top of the fifth inning for the Warriors as they beat Cape Tech 18-2.

Kew struck out 19 batters for Nauset as they beat Upper Cape 15-3.
Brynn Kew struck out 14 batters, giving up just one hit, four walks and two runs over five innings of work in a win over Cape Tech. She helped her cause with three hits and three RBIs.
Kraihanzel led the way as she went 4-for-4 with two RBIs as the Blue Knights defeated Wareham 17-3.

Lister went seven innings, scattered seven hits, gave up one earned run and struck out 10 on the mound in a 5-4 win over Wareham.
Mawn had three hits (two RBIs, one run, one double) in a win over Wareham.
Mawn allowed four hits and struck out eight batters on the mound in a win over Bourne.
McCartin collected three hits at the plate with two runs scored as Sturgis defeated Rising Tide.
Meda went 4-for-5 with five RBIs for Bourne as they beat Upper Cape 21-19 in a finished game from April 1.
Meda was 3-for-5 with two doubles and four RBIs in a 16-6 win over Upper Cape.
Medeiros went 3-for-4 with two doubles and one run in a victory over Nantucket.
Muldoon was 3-for-4 with two RBIs in a victory over Upper Cape.
The defending champ Ormon went 4-for-5 with five RBIs and four runs scored for the Dolphins in a win over Mashpee.
Provencher went 3-for-3 with five RBIs as the Falcons beat Nashoba Valley Tech 10-2.
