Holders Cardiff City are through to the second round of the Bute Energy Welsh Cup after a 5-0 win over neighbours Cardiff Met.
Mackenzie Olden gave City a first half lead before second half goals from Laura Curnock, Lucy Malin, Amy Long and Fiona Barry sealed victory.
Elsewhere Rosie Hughes scored four and Faye Knox got a hat-trick as Wrexham, finalists for the past two seasons, were 11-0 winners away to NFA in Rhyl.
The New Saints also hit double figures in a 10-0 win at home to Bangor – Tiggy Webb scoring four and a hat-trick for Caitlin Chapman.
Swansea City were 3-1 winners away to Adran Premier rivals Aberystwyth Town and in the Pontypridd derby, Pontypridd United beat Pontypridd AFC 6-1.
Barry Town United are out of the competition after they were beaten 4-2 on penalties by Penybont following a goalless 90 minutes.
