USC plays Indiana this season in college football. Now a former USC player could be heading to Indiana to play NFL home games. Former Trojan Caleb Williams, after his time at USC, landed with the Chicago Bears in 2024. As the No. 1 pick, and blessed with some talent on his roster, the expectations were as high as they possibly could be. Unfortunately, his rookie season was full of growing pains.

Year 2 for Caleb Williams went as well as it could possibly go. Caleb Williams was looked at as the chosen one, the quarterback who could break a decades-long curse. He did not throw for 4k yards passing, but he did break the record for passing yards in a single season in Chicago.

Caleb Williams also achieved many other feats that other Bears quarterbacks couldn't. In Year 2, he led the Bears to an NFC North title, and he beat the Bears' longstanding rival two times out of three, both in dramatic fashion and once in the playoffs. The most important things for a Bears quarterback to accomplish, Caleb Williams has already done... except making and winning the Super Bowl.

It looks like Chicago finally had the franchise quarterback the city had been waiting for. Year 2 was just a preview of what Caleb Williams' career will look like in Chicago. Unfortunately, now that the Bears are moving to Indiana, more than likely, Chicago will have to pass their exciting star over to Indiana to enjoy.

The Bears announced on Friday their plans to move to Hammond, Indiana.
