Caitlin Clark shows off new colorway for signature shoes — “These are sick”

Caitlin Clark debuted a new colorway of her upcoming Nike Caitlin 1s on Wednesday. The superstar guard participated in shootaround ahead of the WNBA regular-season game between the Indiana Fever and Los Angeles Sparks.

Clark showed off a pair with yellow silhouette with blue and black swooshes. The sole was a mix of blue in front and yellow on the back, along with her logo on the insole.

The Fever posted zoomed in snaps of the shoes and a video of Clark on Instagram. Fans shared their thoughts about the pair in the comments section.

“These are sick!” a fan said.

“Her kicks is straight heat,” one comment read.

“Love these yellow ones,” a user posted.

“I’m not even a fan of the color yellow, but these just changed my mind. Absolute fire. Hope red ones will be made as well,” wrote another.

Caitlin Clark returns from injury​


Clark returned from a two-game absence on Wednesday. She missed Indiana’s matchups versus the Sparks on June 27 and the Las Vegas Aces on July 5.

The two-time All-Star dealt with a back injury on June 24 against the Phoenix Mercury and exited the game early. Her availability moving forward will be crucial to the Fever as they look to string more wins together before the All-Star break. They entered Wednesday’s game on a two-game winning streak and won three of their last four outings.
