The Donkeys' defense is suspect. IF we can run it consistently, our defense is probably good enough to keep close. I give us a puncher's chance tomorrow.

After he was hired, I thought it was odd how fast BA brought in Stanton, but it looks like a pretty good call now.

This game is no different than any other game we will play with Stanton as starter. We have to win the TO battle. Yeah, you can say that about 85% of NFL victories, but with Stanton I think it is damn near 100%.

That said, I'm thrilled the guy has won two huge games as starter. Maybe tomorrow will be his ultimate moment in the sun.

Jay Glazer of FOX Sports reports that Palmer met in Denver on Friday with a specialist who helped Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning get through the nerve regeneration that followed his multiple neck surgeries in 2011.

Per Glazer, the specialist finally coaxed a stubborn shoulder nerve to “release.” It means that Palmer could be back as soon as next week against Washington, or the following week when Palmer returns to Oakland.
