While Shedeur Sanders had to wait two and a half days through the NFL Draft to be welcomed into the league, his brother only had to wait a couple of hours to join him in the NFL.
The Bucs agreed to terms with Shilo Sanders on a UDFA contract following the conclusion of the 2025 NFL Draft. The brother of Shedeur Sanders was live on Twitch with his brother, Shedeur, the new Cleveland Browns quarterback, when the news was announced. He was then joined by his dad, Hall of Fame cornerback and Colorado head coach Deion Sanders.
Shilo Sanders will now leave the confines of Boulder, Colorado, for Tampa Bay.
He will also be coached by someone other than his dad for the first time in his life after being with his dad through high school and both college stops of Colorado and Jackson State. It will be up to him if he makes the Bucs roster, but he will have every chance to as they need depth at the safety position.
