The time has come for the Bucs and their fans to be excited for the 2026 season. NFL free agency is right around the corner, and with it comes renewed hope and optimism around the team.

The legal tampering period begins on Monday, March 9, when teams may begin negotiating contracts with pending free agents from other teams. They then can reach verbal agreements with free agents from other clubs as early as Monday, but deals can't be officially signed until the NFL's new league year. The new league year will kick off on Wednesday, March 11.
