While LeBron James, Bronny James and the Los Angeles Lakers are preparing for the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday night and the NBA playoffs not long after that, a third member of the James family might be on an even bigger stage.
Bryce James, LeBron James' second-oldest son, is a freshman on Arizona basketball and redshirting in his first season in Tucson, Arizona.
Bryce James was a three-star recruit out of Sierra Canyon School in California, ranked as the No. 55 shooting guard in the country in the 2025 class by 247 Sports' composite rankings.

He hasn't seen any playing time this year, but there's a good explanation for that as Arizona is not just one of the deepest but also one of the best teams in the nation. Arizona is No. 2 in KenPom.com's rankings, behind only its opponent in the national semifinal.
The 1-seed Wildcats will play the 1-seed Michigan Wolverines in the Final Four on Saturday, April 4, in Indianapolis at approximately 8:54 p.m. ET.
Bryce James made the headlines this week at the Final Four when he was prevented from talking to the media during an open availability period.
There are no reports on whether LeBron James or Bronny James will be in attendance in Indianapolis, but it is possible. The Lakers last played the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday, then had Friday and Saturday off before they visit Dallas on Sunday at 7:30 p.m. ET.
